Black Hat techniques boosts a site in a small time frame, these tactics include many things that not matches with the google guidelines and google acts negatively on those techniques.   • Make pages for the Better User Experience not for Better Search Engine Experience. I mean, make user friendly texts.
  • Make your website stands out in your marketing field. Use more and more unique words and meaningful sentences. Try to make the best possible website in your field.
  • Don't be deceptive with the search engines, don't use any hidden texts, links, unwanted re-directions. Try everything that is not deceptive and try not to act very smart.
